What they need
- Coordinate end-to-end 5G/Telecom project activities.
- Manage site activities, site readiness, and project execution.
- Coordinate and manage rigger teams and field manpower.
- Handle team allocation, attendance, productivity, and daily activities.
- Conduct and coordinate site surveys and prepare survey reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare DPR, MIS, site reports, and project documentation.
- Handle invoicing, billing, work completion reports, and supporting documents.
- Track material, manpower, and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
