What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the driver of your allocated project.
• Be the go-to person for project updates—gather, document, and share project statuses clearly and consistently.
• Coordinate and follow up with multiple internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Communicate directly with clients—give updates, get inputs, clarify expectations.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards to ensure leadership has a real-time pulse on the projects.
• Support the project implementation lifecycle with strong administrative and facilitation support.
• Keep everyone from clients to internal stakeholders in sync, informed, and aligned.

What You Bring to us

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Prior Experience in project management or customer support of at least 6 months.
• Strong organizational ability - you’re someone who lives by lists, plans ahead, and can juggle multiple things at once.
• A confident, customer-focused mindset - you’re calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
• High emotional intelligence - you know how to read a room, empathize, and build rapport.
• Integrity - you own your responsibilities and follow through.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
