Project Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, materials, and deliverables.
• Follow up on pending tasks and resolve or escalate project issues.
• Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordination, and project administration.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure smooth communication between all parties.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or civil construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6 and AutoCAD is required.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
