Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to manage exhibition, retail interior and visual merchandising projects from client brief through to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from client brief, design development and costing through production and installation
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Source materials, finishes and suppliers based on project requirements
• Manage project timelines, budgets and quality
• Conduct site coordination and supervise installation
• Prepare quotations, project documentation and reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Project Management, Design or a related field
• 2 years' relevant experience in exhibition, retail interior, visual merchandising or related industries is preferred
• Able to communicate professionally in English
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to attend site work and installations when required
