About the Role

As a Project Coordinator at Springbrook Software, you'll be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge SaaS solutions to public sector organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Napier and reporting to the PMO Manager, you'll work alongside project managers, development teams, business consultants, and clients to keep projects on scope, on time, and on budget.

You'll also independently lead smaller-scale projects end-to-end — making this a fantastic opportunity to grow your project management career in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organisational goals
• Independently plan, execute, and deliver smaller projects from initiation through to completion
• Maintain accurate project records including schedules, plans, and meeting minutes
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular stakeholder updates on progress and outcomes
• Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to keep teams accountable
• Track project budgets and flag variances for review
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or issues proactively
• Support resource scheduling to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth delivery
• Provide administrative and organisational support to senior project managers

About You

You're an organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You bring:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets, Kantata, or Salesforce
• A basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

Desirable:

• 2+ years' experience in a project coordinator role
• Experience within a Public Sector environment
