PROJECT COORDINATOR
Location: UAE

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

Preferred: Candidates with a background in Aluminum & Glass, Facade, or Construction Projects are highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on ongoing projects from production to installation
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, site supervisors, factory, and other departments
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and deadlines
• Follow up on site measurements, fabrication, delivery, and installation
• Ensure project requirements, drawings, and specifications are properly communicated
• Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation
• Coordinate material requirements and follow up with the procurement and production teams
• Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to management
• Maintain proper records of project documents and correspondence
• Assist in resolving project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar construction-related position
Aluminum & Glass experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of construction/project coordination and site activities
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
UAE experience is an advantage
