Project Coordinator

About the role

To provide site operations and project documentations support to Operations Manager towards the timely completion of project with quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. Risk Assessment, requisitions, schedule, drawings, reports, etc)
• Assist in planning for material, equipment and resource required according to project specifications and requirements and ensure budget and cost are in control
• Coordinate with maincon, subcon, building owner, consultant, etc on project matters
• Supervises technicians/ workers
• Prepare and submit project drawings according to specifications
• Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
• Prepare project activities and schedules report
• Assist in preparing quotes, propose or recommend works to customer to generate sales
• Efficient planning and maintain positive productivity with allocated resources
• Assist in preparations of tenders/ quotations, attend site survey, when necessary

About you

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in M&E or Engineering industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good planning, organising, coordination and follow-up skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD a plus
