Project Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with Project Head, Project Managers, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
2. Maintain a project action tracker and monitor pending activities.
3. Ensure timely closure of action items and escalate delays to the Project Head.
4. Maintain project-related documents, drawings, approvals, correspondence, reports, and records.
5. Maintain trackers for approvals, submissions, revisions, and pending documentation.
6. Track planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays or critical issues.
7. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, PMC, and other external agencies.
8. Maintain records of contractor/consultant commitments and deliverables.
9. Schedule project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Track PR/PO status wherever applicable.
11. Coordinate with Finance for project-related payment documentation and status where required.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. 36 years of experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, PMC, or project coordination.
2. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Good documentation and MIS preparation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
8. Good knowledge of project management processes.
9. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
