About the role

Roxas (Far East) Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. This is a full-time position based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is essential to maintaining smooth project operations and ensuring effective communication across all project teams.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities to support project managers
• Coordinating communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties remain informed and aligned
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and filing systems, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence
• Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and reporting any deviations or risks
• Organising and attending site meetings, preparing meeting minutes and action item tracking
• Processing purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests in accordance with company procedures
• Supporting the procurement process by coordinating quotations and vendor selections
• Assisting with health and safety compliance on construction sites, ensuring adherence to regulations
• Preparing project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Providing administrative support to the project management team as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in construction project coordination
• 2–4 years of experience in a construction or project coordination role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management software or construction management systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and contractual procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
