Project Coordinator

Maintain SSVC’s consolidated project schedule and execution records. Ensure every project has a defined scope, owner, crew, materials, site readiness, and required confirmations before starting, and continuously track progress and delivery blockers. Be accountable for schedule accuracy, readiness follow-up, cross-department coordination, early delay warnings, and documentation completeness. The Technical Supervisor owns technical decisions, while the Project Manager or Site Lead directs site execution.
