Project Coordinator

• Support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of digital, data, and AI-related projects across assigned workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, milestone logs, and task lists to ensure accurate progress visibility.
• Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders on open actions, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee project execution tracking in Jira, including sprint coordination, backlog visibility, status accuracy, and workstream progress monitoring.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items through closure.
• Assist with weekly status updates, follow-up emails, stakeholder communications, and progress summaries.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and management updates.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and design teams to ensure requirements, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked appropriately.
• Assist in organizing project documentation and ensure records, trackers, and shared files remain current and structured.
• Support resource tracking, and general project administration activities.
• Escalate risks, blockers, or delays to the project manager in a timely manner.
