Hitomo Construction builds and rebuilds landed homes across Singapore. We work closely with homeowners, architects and engineers to deliver quality homes on time, safely and within budget.

The Role

You will be the link that keeps our projects running smoothly – between the homeowner, the site team, subcontractors, suppliers and the authorities. You make sure the right people, materials, approvals and paperwork are in place so work on site never stops, and so our Project Manager can focus on delivery.

What You Will Do

• Schedule & progress – Prepare and update project schedules; track progress against the programme and flag delays early.
• Site coordination – Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries so materials arrive on site when needed.
• Client liaison – Be the day-to-day contact for homeowners: arrange site meetings, send updates, record decisions and handle queries promptly.
• Cost & procurement – Raise purchase orders, request quotations, and track variation orders, progress claims and payments.
• Documentation – Keep drawings, RFIs, site diaries, minutes, photos, inspection records and handover documents organised and up to date.
• Safety – Support the site team on WSH requirements – permits-to-work, toolbox meetings and safety paperwork.
• Quality & handover – Arrange inspections, defect lists and rectification works; coordinate handover to the homeowner and the defects liability period.
• Site visits – Visit sites regularly to check progress, take photos and verify that work matches drawings.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project coordination experience in construction, ideally in landed residential works.
• Working knowledge of Singapore building regulations and authority processes.
• Able to read construction drawings and understand site sequencing.
• Very organised, with good follow-through – nothing falls through the cracks.
• Clear, polite communicator who can handle homeowners, consultants and site workers.
• Good with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) is a plus.
• Spoken Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage for site visits.
• Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) certificate preferred.
