Project Coordinator

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities for brand activations and merchandising campaigns

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Prepare project timelines, work plans, and deployment schedules.

• Coordinate with field supervisors, merchandisers, and promoters.

• Monitor field execution and ensure compliance with brand and client standards.

• Serve as point person for client coordination and project updates

• Prepare progress reports, post-activity reports, and documentation

• Ensure alignment between client requirements and field execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, activation, or merchandising
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Willing to do fieldwork and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
