We are a leading Glass & Aluminium company in Dubai looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to handle projects from LPO to final handover, coordinating with clients, site teams, draftsmen, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Glass & Aluminium projects (Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall, Glazing)
• Follow up on shop drawings, approvals, materials & fabrication
• Coordinate with procurement, production & site installation teams
• Prepare project schedules & progress reports
• Handle LPOs, documentation & client communication
• Ensure timely completion as per approved drawings

Requirements:

• 2-4 Years UAE Experience in Glass & Aluminium / Facade field (Mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Aluminium systems, glazing & shop drawings
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
