Project Coordinator

Work location: BTS Punnawithi and BTS Bang Chak

Job Roles:

• Serve as the main contact for clients, managing communications through email and chat
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
• Generate and distribute project reports, including updates on progress and case issues
• Track and monitor project timelines, case issues, providing regular updates
• Document key meeting outcomes, decisions, and follow-up action items
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions for successful execution
• Collaborate with government agencies to meet compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements
• Support project coordination for government sector clients, ensuring adherence to public sector regulations, procedures, and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Coordinate, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

• Strong English communication skills in written

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with government project workflows, TOR documentation standards, and communication protocols is a plus
