Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee site engineering activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction work.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
- B.Tech or diploma degree from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of civil project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
