Project Coordinator

About the role

Manage influencer and creator projects through daily internal and external coordinations to meet project timelines. Work closely with the account executive from briefing to production stage of social media campaigns, with client-facing support activated as needed. Ensure the quality of production from creators involved and that campaign objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage influencer and creator projects through daily internal and external coordinations to meet project timelines
• Work closely with the account executive from briefing to production stage of social media campaigns
• Provide client-facing support as needed
• Ensure the quality of production from creators involved and that campaign objectives are met
• Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports
• Monitor campaign publishing and ensure timely transactions with creators with the accounts and finance team
• Prepare and accomplish administrative tasks properly and timely

About you

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or Accounts Servicing from an advertising agency, or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent
• Strong organization and campaign management skills required, with use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite
• Monday.com background is a plus
• Able to manage tight deadlines and negotiate with stakeholders
• Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry and consumer trends on social media
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube
• Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills
• An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive
• Strong negotiation skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at a time
