Project Coordinator

About the role

VentuNext is a Thailand based logistics real estate platform focused on build to suit and ready built Class A warehouse development. We are growing our project team and looking for a Project Coordinator who is organised, proactive and comfortable working across design, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants on design matters, and keep design reviews and feedback on schedule
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, trackers and management updates
• Work with the finance team on project budgets, payment requests, invoices and cost tracking
• Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Manage suppliers and contractors, including quotations, contracts, delivery follow up and document filing
• Support the management team on other project and administrative tasks as needed

About you

• 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or as a personal or executive assistant
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Able to manage several tasks at once and meet deadlines
• A clear communicator who works well with people at all levels
• Experience in construction, property development or industrial real estate is a plus
