Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and supervising retail/interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution, quality and smooth coordination between internal teams, technicians and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate NSO execution and site activities.
• Handle Repair & Maintenance (R&M) activities.
• Supervise and coordinate technicians and vendors.
• Conduct site recce and site supervision.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and quality.
• Verify and coordinate vendor bill certification.
• Resolve site-level issues and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills:

• Retail / Interior Fit-Out project experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Vendor and technician handling.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Basic understanding of civil, electrical and interior works.
