Position: Creative Project Manager

Contract Duration: On-going temp work

Onboarding/Interview Process:

Hours: 8-5

Equipment (laptop, etc): Client will provide

Software/Tools: Asana, Bynder (DAM)

Onsite Dress code: Casual

Immediate Needs:

• Provide hands-on administrative support, including sample ordering, organization, and content management/tagging within Bynder.
• Take ownership of uploading and maintaining content in the CMS.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Gradually transition into a project coordination role, helping manage workflows in Asana, track deadlines and deliverables, schedule review meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Future Priorities:

• Support traffic and resource management across projects.
• Assist with content production efforts, including coordinating content shoots as needed.
