Deployment Solutions, Inc. is a field services company specializing in nationwide technology deployments for major retail and enterprise brands. We plan, staff, and execute large-scale rollouts across hundreds of locations, on schedule and to spec.

The Role
We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a large, multi-site retail technology deployment. You'll keep the project running smoothly day to day: confirming upcoming work with field technicians, reviewing site data collected by our Call Center, tracking progress, and keeping the client, field partners, and internal team aligned. If you like fast-moving schedules, clean data, and closing loops, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with DSI's Call Center team on day-to-day project coordination
• Review site survey data collected by the Call Center for accuracy and completeness, and work with the team to correct errors or fill in missing information
• Confirm upcoming site visits with assigned field technicians the week prior, and flag any conflicts or gaps
• Monitor daily field activity and help resolve same-day issues such as site access, equipment problems, or late arrivals
• Track all project activity in Quickbase: site status, completion dates, closeout documents, and exceptions
• Collect and verify closeout documentation (photos, sign-offs, serial numbers) before marking sites complete
• Coordinate equipment logistics, including shipments, returns, and inventory reconciliation
• Validate completed work against vendor invoices
• Produce daily and weekly progress reports for DSI leadership and the client
• Escalate risks and schedule slippage early, with a proposed fix
• Maintain professional, responsive communication with client stakeholders and field partners

What You Bring

• 2+ years of project coordination or operations experience, ideally in field services, IT deployment, or retail technology
• Experience supporting high-volume, multi-site projects
• Experience working in database or tracking platforms, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, lookups, pivot tables)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone with technicians and site contacts
• Detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep data accurate under deadline pressure
• Able to prioritize and stay calm when multiple sites need attention at once
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet

Nice to Have

• Experience with Quickbase
• Experience with retail IT or point-of-sale deployments
• Familiarity with field service or ticketing tools (e.g., FieldNation, WorkMarket, ServiceNow)
• Exposure to invoicing or AP workflows (QuickBooks, Bill.com)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern
• Contract position for the duration of the project. Estimating about a 6-8 month duration.

Pay: $55,063.34 - $66,312.84 per year
