JOB OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT COORDINATOR
Commercial Specialty Flooring

Location: Orange County, Southern California
Market: Commercial and industrial specialty flooring
Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a premier specialty flooring firm looking for a Project Coordinator to serve as our operational anchor. This is a high impact operations role, supporting projects from bid through completion by keeping schedules, materials, and documentation on track.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities include:

• Logistics: Coordinate job schedules, crew travel, lodging, and equipment mobilization
• Communication: Keep clients and the internal team informed throughout the project
• Materials: Ensure materials and tools are prepped before mobilization, and log material quantities
• Pre-Construction: Obtain and organize job specific paperwork so jobs start on time
• CRM: Keep every job accurately documented in our systems

• Technically minded. You pick up new software quickly and understand how the work gets built.
• Goal oriented. You measure yourself by whether the job lands on time and on budget.
• Organized. Paperwork, schedules, and details do not slip past you.
• An excellent communicator. You keep field crews and clients on the same page.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5+ years of project coordination experience in a construction trade, specialty flooring preferred
• High proficiency with construction CRM and takeoff software
• Strong understanding of California commercial construction compliance
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
