Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
• Good follow-up and customer handling skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work with Sales, Production, Design and other departments

Preferred candidate profile

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments for project requirements.
• Follow up on orders, project timelines and deliveries.
• Support the Sales Team in quotations, order processing and customer communication.
• Maintain project and sales-related records, reports and documentation.
• Track project status and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Production, Design,Sales, Dispatch and other teams for smooth execution.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
