Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator to support project managers and delivery teams in planning, tracking, and coordinating IT projects. The candidate will help ensure that project activities are completed on time and that communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and management is smooth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and trackers.
• Schedule project meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
• Record and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.
• Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, approvals, and other project records.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Support project planning, resource coordination, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for required information, approvals, and feedback.
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, MIS reports, and project updates.
• Maintain project repositories and ensure documents are properly organized.
• Support Agile/Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure timely communication of project updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of **SDLC and software development processes
• Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodology** is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and documentation.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

* PMP/CAPM or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.

* Basic understanding of software testing, databases, APIs, cloud, and application deployment is an advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
