Project Coordinator

About the role

Moather Zeyad Studios is an interior design and fit-out studio in Muscat. We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the link between our designers, clients, suppliers and site, keeping projects on track from quotation to handover while managing the numbers and paperwork behind them.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client quotations and invoices, and follow up on approvals and payments
• Maintain project costs, supplier quotes, purchase orders and payments in Excel and our accounting system
• Reconcile supplier invoices against quotations and delivery notes
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, deliveries and documentation
• Keep clients updated on project progress, approvals and payments
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors on schedules and progress
• Maintain organised digital records for every project
• Support the team with scheduling, correspondence and document preparation

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3+ years in project coordination, accounts or administration; interior design, fit-out or construction experience is a strong plus
• Confident dealing with clients, contractors and suppliers
• Fast, accurate data entry and a sharp eye for numbers
• Strong Excel and Word skills; QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally or similar is an advantage
• Working knowledge of invoicing, VAT, payables/receivables and petty cash
• Good English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO350.000 - RO450.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muscat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• 3D modelling, rendering: 3 years (Required)
