Project Coordinator with 5+ years projects experience; managing the end-to-end project admin support on a major project.

Base Criteria

You will ideally hold over 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator working across major Defence Bases, Federal Government Building upgrades or major projects undertaking and running the Site Office administrative support.

This role will perform administration tasks, filing, meetings, minutes and ensuring the distribution of updated plans / variations / scopes, organising materials and labour, booking travel and general support, freeing the projects team to deliver.

Outline Duties   
Providing a hands-on Project Coordinator role, supporting from preliminary project stages supporting BIM / 3D Modelling teams and Planning prior to project commencement. Thereafter undertaking the admin support of project delivery teams, supporting commercial and timescale reporting.   

Skills and Attributes 

• Australian Citizen (NV1 required)
• 5+ years Defence / Construction Project Coordinator experience
• Strong Coordination, Organisational and Administrative skills.
• Quality-focussed on report generation
• Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator on large Construction or Defence Infrastructure projects (ideally $15m+)
• Engaging personality and strong client presentation skills.
