Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between project stackholders.
• Monitor project progress against the approved project schedule and milestones.
• Prepare and track weekly/monthly plans & look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate drawings, RFIs, technical submissions and approvals.
• Organise project meetings, prepare MOMs and action trackers, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with site teams for manpower, materials, equipment and work fronts.
• Monitor quality observations, NCRs, inspections and closure of pending issues.
• Coordinate with QS/commercial teams for billing, variations and approvals.
• Maintain project registers, trackers and documentation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and management dashboards.
• Identify delays, risks and coordination issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.

Skills Required

• Strong construction and project coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera preferred.
• Good understanding of drawings, schedules, QA/QC and project documentation.
• Strong communication, follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with PMC experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or large-scale projects will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
