Project Coordinator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: B.Tech / MTech / B.E. (Electrical) or equivalent

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects. The role works closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project information.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing renewable energy projects.
• Break projects into actionable tasks and establish realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site Execution, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Support budget preparation and monitor project costs.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, contracts, and approvals.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project handover and closure documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Stakeholder and client management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or similar tools.
• Understanding of project planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience in renewable energy, EPC, electrical, solar, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
