Project Coordinator

Baring Industries, Inc. is a nationally recognized commercial foodservice equipment contractor. We have been building commercial kitchens for almost seven decades in the Healthcare, B&I, Hospitality and Gaming industries. Baring has an immediate opening for a full-time Project Coordinator. In this position, you will work as an integral part of the team to assist Project Managers in estimating, developing, and providing, comprehensive and accurate proposals to our clients, as well as, work in conjunction with the Project Managers to oversee all aspects of multiple projects by providing administrative support for the Project Managers.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Prepare projects for review by Senior Estimator or Project Manager

· A self-starter who possesses extraordinary attention to detail

· Effective & professional communicator

· A confident & assertive personality who is comfortable working on the phone

· Communicate and build relationships with new and existing vendors and clients

· Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills

· Compile and review price quotations from vendors for accuracy

· Excellent follow-up skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments on time

· Ability to identify and successfully resolve issues and know when to escalate

· Ability to work well as a team or as an individual, with minimum supervision

· Results-driven personality

· Ability to work with multiple branch offices

Requirements:

· Education: High school diploma

· US citizenship

· Background check and drug screening

· A desire to learn and be part of a team executing commercial foodservice equipment projects

· Physical activity includes light lifting and moving up to 25 lbs., use of hands for computer keyboard, sitting or standing for longer periods of time, ability to have close vision to read hard copy plans and specifications, and/or plan files on a computer screen

· Competent knowledge of computers(Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Accounting skills with experience and ability to create and manage Excel spread sheets

Pay: Based on experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
