Project Coordinator ? Western Sydney (Leumeah)
Build More Than Roads - Build Your Career
Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking for your next challenge in a growing civil construction business? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where you can take ownership of projects and see the direct impact of your work?
We are seeking a motivated and driven Project Coordinator to join our expanding South Western Sydney team in Leumeah. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business delivering critical road infrastructure projects and maintenance while building a long term career with a company that values initiative, performance, and professional growth.
Applicants must have demonstrated hands-on operational experience in site coordination, including the effective management and support of work crews, plant, and equipment. Experience within the Australian civil engineering or construction industry, together with a strong understanding of Australian standards, regulatory requirements, site operations, procurement processes, and local construction cost frameworks, will be fundamental to success in this role.
The successful candidate will possess a sound understanding of the Australian construction market, including subcontractor management, supplier networks, and project delivery requirements. Applicants must also be able to effectively engage with stakeholders and coordinate project activities across multiple parties to achieve successful project outcomes.
To support effective stakeholder engagement and project coordination, applicants must currently reside in Australia and have unrestricted working rights.
If you're looking for a role that combines project delivery, contract administration, stakeholder management, and operational coordination, this could be the opportunity you've been searching for.
