Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator to support our operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day work site requirements, handling general administrative tasks, and managing logistical flows. You will report directly to HQ management and project managers to ensures mooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Site & Operational Coordination:
Coordinate daily work site requirements, deploy resources, and track progress on-site.

Administration:
Handle documentation, data entry, maintenance of project records, and general office/site paperwork.

Logistics & Procurement Support:
Manage delivery schedules, track inventory/materials for sites, and coordinate logistics with suppliers and internal teams.

Reporting:
Liaise closely with project managers and HQ, providing regular updates on site activities and administrative matters.

Handle any other ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
