Location: Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for an organized and client-focused Project Coordinator to support project rollouts, installation, and delivery across Hong Kong. This role requires close coordination with engineers, strong administrative skills, and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese to communicate with our Hong Kong clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports, keeping records and reports accurate and up to date
• Organize and schedule meetings and events
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
• Maintain professional client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Plan and schedule project rollouts, and communicate with engineers on installation and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Diploma in any field, equivalent to support installation and services
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written) — this role supports Hong Kong only, so Mandarin and Cantonese are compulsory
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
