Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to coordinate projects, track daily progress, and ensure timely delivery across different teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with an interest in the Animation/VFX industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with artists, Team Leads, and Project Managers for daily project activities.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain daily project status reports and work trackers.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the concerned Team Lead.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain project-related documents, files, and reports.
• Communicate project updates to management and relevant teams.
• Monitor task assignments and ensure proper follow-up.
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Production Coordinator, or similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams.
• Experience in Animation, VFX, Media, or Production will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced production environment.
