PSI Process, a 100% employee-owned company, is hiring a Project Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for processing orders for technical equipment used in water/wastewater collection and treatment projects.

Qualifications

• Good computer and writing skills (verbal and written communication)
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well with people under pressure Ability to understand how different equipment works together theoretically

Essential Tasks Include

• Managing internal documents on long range time sensitive projects
• Managing communications with customers/vendors/internal team
• Submitting technical documents
• Ordering and tracking equipment from vendors
• Coordinating delivery to jobsites Coordinating technical equipment commissioning with our service department
