Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Engineering Consultancy | Abu Dhabi

Smart Buildings Engineering Consultancy (SBC) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the management and coordination of our Design, Supervision, Infrastructure and B2B engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and continuously update the Master Project Register.

* Coordinate project activities across Design, Supervision and other technical teams.

* Track project stages, deadlines, pending actions and responsible team members.

* Follow up with engineers and ensure agreed actions are completed on time.

* Prepare clear weekly project status and management reports.

* Coordinate site inspection schedules, checklists and follow-up actions.

* Monitor team workload, timesheets and project assignments.

* Maintain organized project documentation and ensure information is accurate and up to date.

* Escalate delays, risks and unresolved issues to management.

* Support the implementation of project management systems, SOPs and process improvements.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, engineering consultancy or construction-related environments.

* UAE experience is strongly preferred.

* Strong organizational, follow-up and reporting skills.

* Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Zoho, ERP or project management systems is an advantage.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

* Strong written and verbal English communication.

* Engineering or relevant technical background is preferred.

* Detail-oriented, disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
