Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage the intersection of design, drawings and site execution for our commercial and residential portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Track, monitor and report daily site progress, ensuring works are executed according to the project timeline.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for designers, technician, and clients to resolve and develop technical construction details.
- Tendering: Assist in tendering process, material sourcing and quantity surveying
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Not required.
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in the Fit-out industry, preferably have commercial projects experience
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD for furniture detail drawings
- Competencies: Exceptional site management and interpersonal skills; highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
