Project Coordinator

The Figgers Foundation is looking for Seasonal Project Coordinators to assist in fundraising, program development, and community outreach. Are you in college or looking for supplementary income? This Foundation allows for a flexible schedule. You can choose your hours and/or events to attend. Do you love networking? Do you love fundraising? Do you love giving back? Responsibilities

• Attend and assist with events for ongoing programs.
• Assist with operational & fundraising activities and set strategic goals.
• Assist with procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
• Manage relationships/agreements with donors, partners/vendors.
• Ensure that the organization runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or equivalent position of a nonprofit organization
• Fundraising experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of diverse nonprofit functions and principles (eg supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No nights
