Project Coordinator

A successful and growing Design and Retail Fixture Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. We operate in an exciting and fast-paced retail segment, and this is a great opportunity to contribute to our future success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure that all necessary resources, including personnel and materials, are available for project execution.
• Track project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting any issues or delays to project managers.
• Provide administrative assistance, including preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and installation teams.
• Partner with Sales, Design, and Operations departments to support project goals.
• Assist Office staff with various tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of construction/installation methods and materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge in QuickBooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
