- Maintain project records, correspondence, and document control systems.
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and key performance metrics.
- Assist in evaluating construction progress and quality against approved schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.
- Support weekly construction meetings and other project coordination meetings.
- Review construction drawings, revisions, specifications, and contract documents to verify field activities and project compliance.
- Develop presentations, graphics, reports, and visual materials that communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with user groups and stakeholders to support project objectives and operational requirements.
- Assist in planning and coordinating facility or system shutdowns to minimize operational impacts.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support project reporting, scheduling, documentation, and administrative activities.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues through collaboration with project team members.
- Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
