Project Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of Maintenance and Renovation works
• Monitoring site progress and liaison with Sub-contractors and Direct Labours
• Efficient co-ordination with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
• Preparation of drawings, method statement, material submission and other paper works

About you

• Higher Diploma in Building Studies and preferably with minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Literacy in computer software such as AutoCAD, 3D rendering, Microsoft Project and Photoshop
