Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate ELV projects, site activities, technicians, and customers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project execution, monitoring site progress, allocating and following up with technical staff, and ensuring smooth completion of projects.

The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge and/or hands-on experience in ELV, security, networking, automation, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ELV projects and site activities
• Coordinate technicians and site staff and monitor their day-to-day activities.
• Allocate manpower to project sites based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with customers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Understand project requirements and communicate technical requirements clearly to the site team.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Coordinate material requirements with the office, purchase, and stores teams.
• Monitor service calls and coordinate with technicians for timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, site updates, work reports, and other technical documentation.
• Assist in preparing quotations, material requirements, BOQs, and project-related documents when required.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
• Ensure proper coordination between the office, technical team, customers, and project sites.
• Handle other technical coordination and project-related responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Technical Experience

Candidates with experience or practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:

• Networking & Structured Cabling
• EPABX / IP-PBX Systems
• CCTV & Security Surveillance Solutions
• Access Control Systems
• Intrusion Detection & Alarm Systems
• Entrance Automation
• Public Address (PA) & Audio Solutions
• Intercom & Video Door Phone Systems
• Time Attendance & Biometric Systems
• ELV system installation, testing and commissioning
• ELV project/site coordination
• Technician and manpower coordination

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Engineering, or
• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering, or
• Other relevant technical qualifications.

Required Skills

• Good technical understanding of ELV and security systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technicians and project sites.
• Ability to understand project requirements and follow up on execution.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.
• Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in ELV, Security Solutions, Networking, EPABX, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Entrance Automation, Public Address Systems, CCTV, or related fields are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
