Position: Project Coordinator
Location: SP Infocity, Fursungi, Pune
Experience: Freshers – 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: 22,000 – 24,000 per month
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate with US-based clients via calls, emails and chats
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Email Handling
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Monthly shift rotation and rotational week-offs
- No fixed Saturday-Sunday off
- Self-transport required; no company cab facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Monitor project activities and work allocation
- Resolve project-related queries
- Ensure timely project deliverables
- Maintain accurate project records and shift handovers
- Ensure data confidentiality
