Lavora Printing Services LLC is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate printing, branding and signage projects from order to completion.

Responsibilities: Coordinate between clients, sales, production and installation teams Follow up on project schedules, materials and production

Coordinate site visits, measurements and installations Communicate with clients and update project status

Ensure projects are completed on time and as per requirements Handle multiple projects and coordinate daily activities

Requirements: UAE Driving License is mandatory

Experience in printing, signage, branding or advertising is preferred Good communication and coordination skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

UAE experience preferred

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
