Project Coordinator

Job Objective

• To support coordinating cross-cultural projects and monitoring project progress by communicating. Highly organized problem solver with strong mentoring and interpersonal skills. To coordinate with the technology system between internal team and external vendor to improve the system and workflow of each department in the company.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Weekly report and ensure performance of Front-line & Back end.
• Coordinate with Front-line & Back end to improve and drive (System) performance.
• Keep track of project timeline and follow-up on needed actions.
• Keep track of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other essential protocols.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to standard setting and improvement initiatives as well as improvement system issues.
• Support other tasks related to standard improvement between teams (e.g. Service, Operation, IT)
• Being an interpreter and document translator.
• Contribute to standard setting and improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a logistics environment.

• Excellent Chinese communication skills, both verbal and written (HSK Level 5 or above).

• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Highly adaptable and able to work effectively in new and changing environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
