What they need
- Project Coordination Coordinate between HO departments and site teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
- Project Progress Tracking – Collect and monitor daily/weekly progress from project sites and highlight delays or deviations.
- Schedule Coordination – Coordinate with the Planning team for schedule updates, milestones, target dates, and project deliverables.
- Engineering Coordination – Follow up with Engineering teams for drawings, technical documents, approvals, and engineering deliverables.
- Procurement Coordination – Track material requisitions, purchase orders, vendor documents, inspections, and material delivery schedules.
- Site Coordination – Communicate with site teams regarding manpower, materials, equipment, work fronts, constraints, and priority activities.
- MIS & Reporting – Prepare and consolidate DPR, WPR, MPR, progress reports, action trackers, and management reports.
- Meeting & MOM Coordination – Organize project review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), circulate action points, and follow up for timely closure.
- Document & Data Management – Maintain project correspondence, reports, approvals, trackers, and other important project records at HO.
- Issue & Follow-up Management – Identify project constraints and pending actions, coordinate with concerned departments, and ensure timely resolution and escalation to management when required.
