Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team at Khetan Realty. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment and offering administrative support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

The Coordinator will explain the project to clients in a mannered way. She will be responsible for answering the phones calls, and other administrative activities, as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. and explain project to clients properly.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and team player.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Assist real estate agents and other staff with tasks as needed.
• Provide information to clients about property listings and services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
