Project Coordinator

Working Location: Bangkok ( BTS Nana)

Working days: Mon-Fri (8.00-17.00 hrs.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support project activities from planning to completion.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project documents, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, presentations, and project activities.
• Communicate project updates and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain and organize project-related documents and records.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily project administration and coordination.
• Identify and report project issues, delays, or risks to the Project Manager.
• Support other project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
