Home Offer 365 is a fast-growing, multi-state real estate investment company looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Listing & Operations Coordinator to help manage our growing national listing operations.

We're looking for someone who can coordinate multiple projects, build relationships, manage vendors, and keep everything moving on schedule.

Real estate experience is not required! Backgrounds in project coordination, logistics, operations, construction, or property management are welcome.

What You'll Do

• Research, recruit, screen, and qualify real estate agents across multiple states.
• Build and maintain our national network of partner agents.
• Coordinate 10–15+ property listings monthly from preparation through closing.
• Schedule photographers, vendors, inspections, and property services.
• Coordinate MLS listings, documents, marketing materials, and deadlines.
• Communicate with agents, homeowners, title companies, and internal teams.
• Track projects, resolve delays, and ensure everything stays on schedule.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and operational workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, operations, property management, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, projects, or outside partners.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and technology.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.

Real estate license not required.
