As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our construction, renovation, and store development projects.

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating and monitoring construction, renovation, and store development projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with approved plans, specifications, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring construction, renovation, and store development projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments.
• Assist in preparing and organizing architectural drawings, technical documents, and project reports.
• Support the preparation and processing of building plans, permits, and LGU requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and site activities.
• Assist in identifying project issues and coordinating solutions to minimize delays.
• Prepare project updates and maintain accurate records of plans, permits, and site reports.
• Ensure project requirements and specifications are properly communicated to concerned parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering course.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, renovation, or related work.
• Knowledge of construction processes, technical documentation, and building plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel as required.
• Experience in retail, commercial, or fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Position is fully onsite and based in IT Park, Cebu City.
