Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator who is eager to learn and grow while supporting multiple projects and clients, including international customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and smooth execution.
• Track project progress, highlight potential risks, and contribute to solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or management (internships or academic projects count).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), especially for working with global clients.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with leadership potential.
